Bob Baker
Terry comes from a large family of musicians
being the son of the late Billy Thompson.  By the
time he was 11, Terry had started his musical
career playing regularly for his father.  Having
started at such a young age enabled him to play
for some of the greatest western swing musicians of
their time such as Tag Lambert, Merle David,
Troy Jordan, Hoyle Nix and many others who
have passed on.  Terry can still be found playing
regularly with groups around the Texas area such
as the Sidekicks, Lariat, Tommy Allsup and many
others.  When Terry is not playing music he can be
found teaching Industrial Technology at Hawley
High School or raising cattle on their small ranch

Tanner, Logan and Karlee.  Any one interested in
booking Terry can reach him in Hawley, Texas or
